Return & Refund Policy

At Borderless Print House, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Because many of our items are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To request a return, please contact us at borderlessprinthouse@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Custom & Personalized Products

Because most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The item is defective
  • We made an error in producing your order

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized gifts
  • Custom drinkware
  • Business printing
  • Promotional products
  • Signs and banners
  • Special-order products
  • Items customized with names, dates, photos, logos, or other personalized information

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your request promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.


Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges on custom or personalized items.

For ready-to-ship, non-personalized products (such as select Borderless Threads apparel), exchanges for size or color may be available if:

  • The item is unworn and unused
  • Original tags are attached (if applicable)
  • The item is returned in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to our error.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us before returning it.


Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at borderlessprinthouse@gmail.com.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
