Thank you for choosing Borderless Print House! Every order is important to us, and we work hard to ensure your products are produced with care and delivered as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed and payment has been received.
Production times vary depending on the product and the complexity of the order.
Typical production times are:
- Custom apparel: 2-3 business days
- Business printing: 2-3 business days
- Personalized gifts: 2-3 business days
- Promotional products: 2-3 business days
Large orders or highly customized projects may require additional production time. If so, we’ll contact you with an estimated completion date.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed.
Shipping Locations
Borderless Print House currently ships to:
- 🇺🇸 United States
- 🇨🇦 Canada
If you’re located outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available shipping options.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Borderless Print House is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Supplier delays
- Shipping carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
At this time, Borderless Print House does not offer local pickup.
All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
